What payment methods do you accept?

How long before my order is sent?
Orders are sent within 24 hours of receiving your funds. Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian National and NSW State Public Holidays
How long until I receive my order?
Orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, maybe longer in remote areas. Subject to Australia Post Delivery times. Please allow enough time for delivery before your party or event.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pickups, all orders are sent via Australia Post.
Can I have my order delivered outside of Australia?
At this stage, orders can only be sent within Australia
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed and processed we are unable to stop or cancel your order.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you if you change your mind.
